The aim was to craft an engaging and immersive digital interface that not only showcased key Sony electronic products but also served as an intuitive sales guide. This ambitious task was to be completed within a tight timeframe of just two days.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing landscape, Matthew embarked on an exploratory field trip, meticulously examining the Sony Retail Experience already in place at one of the over 300 Best Buy locations. This hands-on approach provided invaluable insights into the nuances of consumer-retail interaction and the elements that drive engagement in a physical retail setting.
The proposal we developed was a harmonious blend of product utility and interactivity. It highlighted the seamless integration of Sony products, such as the ability to manage a soundbar and television with a single remote. The concept also emphasized tailored features catering to different types of users, ensuring a personalized and intuitive experience.
